2. Services Provided

Hello Down There Drones offers aerial photography and videography services for real estate, construction, tourism, events, and commercial projects. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and compliance with FAA regulations.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure a booking.

  • Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or invoice.

  • Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot to avoid cancellation fees.

4. Flight Restrictions and Compliance

  • All drone operations comply with FAA regulations and airspace restrictions.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule flights due to weather conditions, legal restrictions, or safety concerns.

  • Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permits or authorizations for restricted airspace.

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

  • All footage and images captured by Hello Down There Drones remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients receive usage rights for marketing, commercial, or personal purposes as defined in the project agreement.

  • Reselling, modifying, or distributing footage without permission is prohibited.

6. Liability & Risk

  • Hello Down There Drones is not liable for property damage, accidents, or legal issues arising from unauthorized drone use.

  • Clients assume responsibility for site conditions and providing a safe operating environment for drone flights.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations due to weather, airspace restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to service fees.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Any personal or business data collected through inquiries or bookings will be used exclusively for service fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.

  • All footage captured on private property will be used only with client consent.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
